Purpose of the role: We're looking for an innovative individual with a keen interest in working in a more technical area of Finance. As the Junior Systems Accountant, you will support the firm's financial systems, system configuration changes and enhancements. The successful candidate will ideally be a part qualified accountant or be similarly qualified. Responsibilities: Managing and maintaining the Firm's finance systems on a day to day basis Reviewing system performance and identifying issues Reviewing and maintaining all finance systems policies and procedures Troubleshooting and fixing finance-related system issues Training and supporting colleagues in the use of finance systems and procedures Skills required: Broad knowledge of accounting systems Experience working in project and BAU environments, ideally within a professional services business Experience in communicating and influencing stakeholders Comprehensive Excel or BI reporting skills Working knowledge of financial reporting systems and their applications
