PanelAppointment of Lay Members
Would you like to take an active
part in regulating standards in the legal profession?
The
Law Society of Jersey wishes to appoint additional lay members to its
Disciplinary Panel. This was established
under The Law Society of Jersey Law 2005 to consider complaints of professional
misconduct against members of the legal profession.
Panel
members will have high standards of integrity and objectivity and lay members
will be able to demonstrate experience at a senior or executive level in the
business, professional, community or voluntary sector.

in the form of a Curriculum Vitae, along with an accompanying letter outlining
