Full Description

Working in an interior design and home furnishings environment; we are looking for a conscientious individual whose primary roles are:
  • Monitoring supplier’s deliveries
  • Supporting installation manager to ensure installations are completed and any issues are resolved in timely fashion and to the highest standards 
  • Processing client’s invoices and debt collection 
  • Supporting finance director – collating and entering of supplier’s invoices 
  • Various administration tasks within small busy office 
  The successful candidate: 
  • Organised with great administration and computer skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Able to prioritise their workload 
  • A team player with a positive can do attitude
Full time, permanent position, working within a happy office and fast-growing company
