Full Description

Experienced and qualified financial services professional required to lead a team of Corporate Administrators in the management of a selected portfolio of Trusts and Companies.  Using technical expertise and your comprehensive experience within trust and corporate administration, you will ensure that all administration is carried out within regulated policies and procedures, staying abreast of up to date regulatory requirements and current industry updates. The role will also require you to ensure that all statutory returns are prepared and submitted as required, client records are kept up to date, and to review financial statements and other legal/technical documentation.  Applicants must have a relevant qualification (at least ICSA, STEP or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)), strong industry knowledge and previous management experience.  You will have experience holding board positions, as well as acting as an authorised signatory.  This is a busy team, and the successful candidate will have a pro-active, ambitious and forward thinking approach. take on new vacancies and assignments on an hourly basis, we aim to get them live ASAP, during busy times there may be a delay so don't wait for your dream job to find you, get your CV emailed to us today to
