As a Manager, you will take direct line management responsibility for a team of varying degrees of seniority, supporting and coaching them and working to identify and mitigate risk across their span of control and to ensure high standards of client service.
You will have direct administrative responsibility for trust, companies or other wealth structures, ensuring the objectives and initiatives cascaded from senior management are delivered against deadlines.
The successful candidate will have significant industry experience of working with high net worth clients and on complex structures within the fiduciary field.
Demonstrable experience of coaching and supporting colleagues with prior managerial experience is essential.
You will be expected to hold a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA.
