LOVE COFFEE? Seeking energetic Coffee Shop Manager with genuine passion for coffee and customers @ our flagship Coffee Shop @ Castle Quay Waterfront. Must have experience in hospitality and experience in a supervisory role. Full Barista training will be given. 40 hours: 4 week days + Saturdays or Sundays (latest finish 4.30pm). 5 years' residency NOT required.
Main responsibilities: * Lead, train and motivate an energetic team to the highest standards, ensuring they deliver a professional and friendly customer experience consistently. * Welcome all of your customers by engaging in conversation to exceed their expectations and promote all aspects of Cooper's business and ethos. * Take a proactive approach for your coffee shop's results, focusing on solutions and identifying any barriers to success. * Pay attention to detail to achieve operational excellence and ensure your coffee shop is delivering to the highest standards. * Work with Senior Management Team to source appropriate food and drinks considering ever changing trends and expected increasing business due to new Horizon development. * Develop your specialist coffee and tea knowledge. * Work at all times within the established policies and practices of Cooper’s as well as food safety legislation.
