Job Description
- To undertake all MLCO responsibilities
- Assess the impact of regulatory requirements
- Maintenance of AML/CFT policies and procedures
- Development of risk based controls
- Supporting in establishing a risk based approach to AML/CFT monitoring
- Ensure Group reporting requirements are met
- Escalation of identified weaknesses
- Overseeing the completion of risk control assessments
- Overseeing the various AML/CFT registers
- Identification of staff training needs
- Promote improvements in the compliance and control culture of the business
Experience & Qualifications
- 10 years compliance experience
- Good knowledge of the relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to make decisions
- Ability to influence
- Project management skills
- Strategic and commercial awareness
