Our client is seeking an Organisational Development Business Partner - Wellbeing on a 3 - 4 month contract.
With a depth of contract management experience, strong commercial acumen and risk management expertise, you will be required to manage their Occupational Health contract. You will be responsible for developing a Wellbeing risk dashboard and monthly risk reporting against agreed KPIs.
You will have insight into latest health and wellbeing thinking and have experience of implementing Wellbeing strategies in large, complex organisations. Responsible for the development of the client's over-arching Wellbeing strategy, you will lead the implementation of department level workforce Wellbeing plans. You will encourage the use of data, intelligence and insight and ensure that clear measures and metrics are in place to evidence the reduction of ill-health absences and creation a happier, healthier workplace.
