Office Administrator Job Description 

We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator to oversee the running of our office.  Working in a fast paced and extremely busy environment the candidate will be very flexible in their approach and able to respond quickly in any situation. They will enjoy working as part of a small team in a varied role and will be able to handle pressure.

The role will include:
  • Coordinating office activities and allocating responsibilities to ensure effective performance
  • Maintaining and updating office administration systems
  • Course administration
  • Events administration
  • Responsibility for tracking office supplies and orders where necessary
  • Liaising with third party office facilities providers
  • Enforcing office protocols  
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Calm and professional approach
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Good IT skills
  • Experience as office administrator or relevant role
