Due to the impending retirement within our Senior Management Team, LibertyBus is looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to fill some big shoes in overseeing our Jersey operation.
The successful candidate will ensure that we keep the wheels turning by maintaining our high standards of punctuality and service delivery. They will create a great team spirit that significantly benefits our customers and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the depot and ensure that all service, staff, financial and operational targets are met.
The Operations Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve all route and operational performance.
The candidate will be an experienced manager in the bus industry and be in possession of a National CPC in Passenger Road Transport Operations. Working in a unionised environment is also preferred but not essential.
