Our client, an award winning offshore law firm, is seeking a bright and well educated individual to join their expanding business as Paralegal.The company's team culture is focused on providing exceptional client service. The purpose of this role is to work as part of a team responsible for providing legal advice to leading banks and financial institutions, both domestic and international. You will provide efficient support to the lawyers and partners of the Group. The main responsibilities of this excellent opportunity are as follows.* Reviewing and summarising legal documents* Performing legal research and analysis* Assisting in the preparation of reports and correspondence* Checking legal forms/documents for accuracy* Assisting in drafting a range of legal documents* Maintaining filing systems and managing paperwork to ensure all documents are stored appropriately* Assisting in AML enquiriesStrong IT skills are required as well as previous experience in a legal environment. You will also have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and have completed or be working towards a recognised legal qualification. Passion, enthusiasm and the desire to make a difference will be rewarded.
