To
provide a high quality, professional administrative service to a portfolio of pension
clients.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Prompt turnaround of member payments, contributions,
and member changes.
Timely processing of pension scheme
joiners and leavers.
Building strong relationships with HR
teams and answering member queries
Ability to work to high compliance
standards
Ensures that agreed service standards
with clients are met.
Updating and maintenance of database
system records and files.
Support to auditors for pension scheme
audits
Support the timely and accurate
completion of pension schemes’ annual tax returns
Assist in the preparation of pension
administration reports for client and Trustee meetings
Liaison with wealth administration and
advisers for individual Retirement Trust Schemes
Qualifications and Experience
·
3+ years’ experience working in a financial services environment ·
Previous experience in pension administration or similar desirable ·
Holds or is willing to undertake relevant professional qualifications ·
Good knowledge of Office 365, particularly Word ·
Numerate with proficiency in Excel ·
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
