We are seeking a People and Values Advisor to join our People and Values Team based at Jersey Zoo.

The People and Values Advisor will work closely with the People and Values Manager to provide HR support to the Jersey, UK and Overseas departments. This is a varied generalist role and you will be responsible for providing first line contact, proactive and professional focused HR support on all people related issues.

The successful candidate will have proven experience working in a high volume generalist HR role, an understanding of relevant employment legislation in areas in which Durrell operate (or willingness to learn and gain knowledge of these areas), excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong attention to detail in the preparation of documentation and data entry.
