Purpose of the role:

Contract role for an experienced Project Manager to work for our client for a period of circa four months to manage a business merger/acquisition project to ensureany and all local actions required to be delivered on the ground - arising from either separation work stream and/or local day 1 preparation planning and/or post-completion actions - are executed effectively and within timeframe

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project / delivery and support to the Head of Ops for Day 1 readiness; anddelivery of post-completion actions andDay 2 onwards, delivery / resource support to other, local day 1 leads
  • Planning for Day 1 and post Day 1 activities
  • Local programme risk management
  • Local programme reporting; liaising with relevant leads as appropriate
  • Control and management of local budget
  • Branding and name changes (non-exhaustive list) - Lead the specific actions related to the re-branding of certain documentation and change of name:
  • External / internal signage incl. other internal rebranding, external documents, external branding, internal documents, notification to external parties, bank account changes and investment management accounts
  • Oversight of the registrations with various parties for example:Data Protection office, HM Land Registry


  • Relevant project management experience preferably to include funds / investments knowledge
