Full Description
Our client is seeking a motivated individual to join their property practice group, providing day-to-day secretarial and administrative support across a wide range of matters and tasks. You will work closely with all property team members to support and anticipate their needs, as well as their clients and work streams, playing a key part in the work of the team. You will ensure all records are kept up to date and accurately handle incoming and outgoing communications, carry out conveyancing searches and preparing basic property documents, assist with the preparation of security documents and act as liaison point with our clients lending clients. The successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft packages and have an understanding of financial procedures to facilitate the production of consideration statements and bills.
