Columbia Estates is expanding its property team in Jersey and want to hear from professionals looking to make a move into a fast paced company that is looking to enhance all aspects of its business. The role of the Tenant Services Specialist requires someone who will represent our company with a positive and professional approach.

You will be a personable candidate that believes in high quality customer service and someone with the ability to communicate effectively within our diverse tenant population. You will be someone who is confident in making quick decisions and remains calm in any situation. The successful candidate will be proactive, with an ability to plan for and anticipate renewal inspections, contract preparation, compliance certification and organising maintenance work. With this in mind having the ability to organise, prioritise and manage a heavy work load would be an advantage.

Having a command of the English language is essential, and being multilingual would be desirable. If you are someone who has an interest in property, a passion for outstanding customer service, and a desire to learn, then this role might be for you.

Being aware of the current trends and developments within the market will help with the day to day tasks, and offer a successful future within this constantly evolving business.

A full and clean driving licence will be required as well as five years' residency.
