Full Description
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and highly
motivated senior nurse and/or AHP to join our dedicated Governance Team at
Jersey Hospice Care. You will be experienced and knowledgeable about all
aspects of clinical governance in order support the Governance& Quality
Lead. You will ensure the delivery of all aspects of quality and patient safety
and the provision of high quality care in line with national policy and
guidance related to the Regulation of Care Law. The post holder will contribute
to the setting, monitoring and maintenance of robust arrangements for quality
and safety improvement, ensuring Jersey Hospice Care is clearly sighted on key
risks and issues emerging around quality of care delivery as well as celebrating
and learning from excellence. This exciting and crucial role would suit a nurse
or allied health professional with proven leadership and managerial experience
who can demonstrate that they have the passion, ambition, drive, enthusiasm,
empathy, determination and leadership skills to develop and deliver on Quality
and Patient Safety. The role is also pivotal in ensuring the patient experience
is always at the heart of service delivery in all areas.
