To start asap 

Our client is seeking a temporary receptionist to join their friendly team.

Duties include : 

  1. Manage our main reception phone number, taking messages where needed
  2. Meet and greet clients/visitors, although we expect this to be minimal with most staff working remotely
  3. Daily (morning ) collection from the Broad Street post office and scanning the post accordingly. We will provide a procedure for this.
  4. Assist remote working staff with ad-hoc printing
  5. Dropping  off post at the post office in the afternoon

They need somebody proficient in using Outlook and MS Word, basic excel skills, and a good understanding of managing electronic files, required to process our scanned documents. We will provide guidance and support where required.
