4Health is supported by 2 GP Practices and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join their team and provide high quality service to people in their own homes. Committed to the safeguarding and welfare of adults who require care and abiding by the Jersey Care Commission Standards, 4Health works with other health care professional to achieve a holistic approach to care.
Along with other registered nurses, you will be involved in undertaking client assessments, the training of staff and supporting the delivery of high standards of care. If you put the client at the heart of everything you do, you are highly motivated, innovative with good communication skills, then this post may be just right for you and we look forward to hearing from you. Key roles and responsibilities include;
Assessing, planning & evaluating care needs. Providing care in a way that will demonstrate respect for the service user’s dignity & privacy and choice.
Act as a leadership role model to health care assistants teaching in the clinical setting
To undertake tasks relating to medication administration.
