- Reporting
to our CI Retail Manager, this role is responsible for managing smooth
day-to-day operations of our Jersey Retail store ensuring we meet our key
performance indicators.
- Leading
by example, motivating and supporting the personal development of a team
of <20 staff.
Essential Skills/Qualifications
Desired Skills/Qualifications
- Educated
to GCSE level: English and Maths at Grade C or above.
- Minimum
3 years’ experience working in a retail / customer service environment
- Minimum
3 years’ supervisory role.
- Ability to lead a
large team.
- Experience in the
delivery of the highest level of customer experience.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different
types of characters.
- Commercial
business acumen and basic understanding of financials.
- Ability
to grasp complex processes & procedures.
- Excellent
knowledge of telecoms technologies and JT’s Consumer products and
services portfolio.
- Understanding
of stock management, office administration and procedures.
- Knowledge
of relevant internal systems and processes.
- Conversant
with various computer systems.
- Confidence
in decision making.
