  • Reporting to our CI Retail Manager, this role is responsible for managing smooth day-to-day operations of our Jersey Retail store ensuring we meet our key performance indicators.
  • Leading by example, motivating and supporting the personal development of a team of <20 staff.    
Essential Skills/Qualifications Desired Skills/Qualifications
  • Educated to GCSE level: English and Maths at Grade C or above.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a retail / customer service environment
  • Minimum 3 years’ supervisory role.
  • Ability to lead a large team.
  • Experience in the delivery of the highest level of customer experience.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Commercial business acumen and basic understanding of financials.
  • Ability to grasp complex processes & procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of telecoms technologies and JT’s Consumer products and services portfolio.
  • Understanding of stock management, office administration and procedures.
  • Knowledge of relevant internal systems and processes.
  • Conversant with various computer systems.
  • Confidence in decision making.
