Our Client is looking for a Senior Administrator to join their team on a fixed term contract to cover parental leave.
The role is to start from the 1st of December and it is expected to be for a period of 7 months on a full time basis, however as this is a flexible role, part time hours are also considered.
Some of your duties will be to administer trusts, companies and foundations including liaising with clients, banks and investment managers, to guide the team and manage workloads in the absence of the Director, training and developing junior staff, oversight/authorisation of payments and foreign exchange transactions, reviewing loan interest calculations and other spreadsheets for client reporting and the preparation of minutes and annual reviews.
The ideal candidate will be ICSA or STEP qualified or equivalent, and have at least 5 years of working at a Senior Administrator level within the trust and private client industry.
