Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their team in Jersey. This role is ideal for ambitious and forward-thinking individuals with strong transferable skills who are looking to specialise in a niche and growing area. The position offers an opportunity to build strong relationships with a substantial portfolio of clients, including key accounts, while being supported by an experienced Client Director or Manager. In addition to day-to-day client servicing, this role offers the flexibility to specialise in areas such as technical expertise, people management, business development, or onboarding new clients. Job Duties: Collaborate with your manager to administer a diverse portfolio of incentive structures, working to tight deadlines and taking on additional tasks as needed Work independently, using your own initiative to manage, diarise, and prioritise daily workloads Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, colleagues, and clients Communicate openly and honestly with clients and team members, ensuring client requests are addressed promptly and service standards are upheld Ensure client records are accurately and consistently updated, reflecting all transactions undertaken Comply with relevant regulatory requirements and adhere to company policies and procedures Supervise and assist in the training and mentoring of Trainee Administrators and Administrators, providing regular feedback and identifying training needs Proactively take on additional responsibilities and administrative tasks as required by your manager Job Requirements: Working towards or considering a professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, ICSA, STEP) Experience in employment-related reward structures (e.g., share plans, nominee arrangements, corporate savings, and pension plans) is preferred, but candidates with a strong trust or financial services background will be considered Committed and driven to achieve excellence for themselves, the team, and clients Strong communication skills with the ability to establish good relationships with all stakeholders Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team Good academic background Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Word A desire to learn and ambition to grow within the role What Youll Love:Our client is dedicated to nurturing future leaders, offering a challenging and rewarding career path in the Executive Compensation Services sector.
