The Government of Jersey's Customer and Local Services division is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for driving business process improvement by reviewing, analysing and evaluating business processes and associated systems. You will manage requirements and user needs and prioritise developments, enabling enhancements and process improvements to be delivered across the organisation.
A deep knowledge of Business Analysis frameworks and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall as well as being detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive is essential.
You will lead collaboration between technical and business (functional) resource to clearly articulate the need for change to ensure user requirements are clearly understood and met by the delivery teams.
To be successful in this role you need to be extremely organized with strong time-management skills Visio, and/or similar process-flow tools Use case, Activity, and Sequence/Process diagrams.
