Full Description
We are seeking a HR Administrator to work alongside the HR Relationship Manager to provide high-quality, accurate and efficient HR Administration to our Jersey office.
Principal duties include:
- Respond to general queries and provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures
- Prepare letters, contracts and other documentation from templates
- Deliver the HR induction session to new joiners
- Carry out leaver processes
- Onboard new joiners
- Work with other areas of HR including Recruitment and Payroll to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle
- Collate HR data and run reports from the HR system
- Liaise with students and student representatives to arrange placements
- Provide administration assistance on HR Projects
- Perform routine business solution maintenance, upgrades and releases
- Troubleshoot technical issues and respond to requests for support when required
- Identify options for potential business solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability as well as lead the implementation of suitable solutions
The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in an administration / HR administration role, have strong attention to detail and be highly organised with the ability to prioritise.
