A leading law firm is in search of Senior Business system analyst based in Jersey. Main purpose of the role is reviewing, replicating and troubleshooting application issues and bringing about timely resolutions, often dealing with third party support.The role also has a full range of IT responsibilities in group-wide projects and BAU, including upgrades, new features and new implementations, system and database admin; in which we are responsible for successful technical delivery. This role will work through project lifecycle: requirement-gathering, solution-selection, working with suppliers, testing, final delivery and ongoing support.Ideal applicant will have experience in application software support and delivery of IT projects. Technical experience with SQL and SSRS is essential for this role. You will have strong Project Management, organisational, numeric and analytical skills. It would be an added advantage to have experience with applications ViewPoint, iManage, Interaction, Elite and Aderant Expert. You will have experience with Document Management and Workflow solutions. Experience with a range of Microsoft and open technologies - IIS, Sharepoint, .NET, XML, XSLT, HTML and SSIS.
