Delivering objectives in line with local and Group policies, procedures and initiatives.
Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders including professional advisors and other contacts.
Maintaining Compliance and Risk registers, producing reports, and interpreting the results.
Appropriately managing, and/or escalating risk issues and highlighting trends.
Proactively monitoring Compliance and Risk issues, including items on registers, to ensure records are up to date, matters are resolved, and to enable timely reporting.
Acting in a Compliance advisory capacity on matters relating to Policies, Procedures, Systems and Controls.
Circulating updates and notifications to all staff then monitoring and recording responses, where applicable.
Supporting compliance and risk-related projects within the business.
Acting as a role model through effective, positive behaviour that engenders an environment of trust, teamwork, and collaboration.
