A unique opportunity has arisen to join a leading private equity firm and work closely with the Managing Director and Directors in the Jersey office.

If you have a can-do attitude and are looking for a varied and fast-paced role, where you can use your excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the establishment of holding structures for portfolio company investments

  • Organising and taking minutes of complex meetings, especially Investment Committee meetings and Portfolio Committee meetings

  • Providing assistance with transactions

  • Coordinating the execution of documents and liaising with Administrators and Lawyers, as required

  • Assisting the tax team with reporting requirements

Experience and skills required:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience in a similar role

  • A can-do attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure

  • Ability to set priorities independently and proactively

  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
