Purpose of the role:
You will be given the opportunity to progress to an Assistant Manager over the next two to three years.You will be overseeing a team of three within a wider corporate real estate team, dealing specifically with one islamic corporate client structure holding real estate assets.
Responsibilities:
Work in conjunction with Corporate Director and wider team, assisting as and when required in relation to the entities within the team
Work with the Assistant Manager (and Senior Manager, as applicable) in conducting annual fee reviews for your clients, make recommendations based on research undertaken, ensure increased fees are passed where provided for in the administration agreement/fee proposal and liaise with support teams (accounts, compliance and corporate secretarial) to assess whether work undertaken merits additional charges to the client
Share your knowledge and experience of similar transactions to assist the wider team and business with problem solving
