The Senior Customer Care Advisor is responsible for supporting the Customer Care Manager and Team Leader in ensuring that the Customer Care team delivers best in class customer service through various channels, including (but not exclusively); telephone, email, live-chat, video chat and social media. The Senior Customer Service Advisor will assist in facilitating a positive customer experience through high levels of swift first-time resolution and customer satisfaction.
