Package- Circa £60,000 + 26 Days Holiday + Pension Scheme + Performance Bonus + Private Health + Dental Package + Death in Service + 37.5 hours p/w + 5 years residency required.

Reporting to our Service Operations Manager, this permanent role is responsible leading our assigned Global Enterprise Customer Projects in line with our business objectives and strategy. Managing all of the phases, functions and resources, this role will also be responsible for the production of all relevant documentation, controlling scope, delivery timescales and budget.

Desired Skills/Qualifications

Proven experience in telecoms or IT/data services industries
Ability to demonstrate clear commercial acumen.
ITIL v3 Foundation accreditation would be advantageous.
Support other Project Managers / Service Transition Manager during periods of absence.

Essential Skills/Qualifications

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to quickly identify the root cause of bottle necks, identify solutions, escalating only when necessary.
Must hold or attain Prince2 Practitioner accreditation or agreed equivalent.
Experience of managing multiple concurrent projects.
Strong Customer orientation with a proactive and flexible attitude to work.
