Full DescriptionDescription -
Provide financial and management accounting services for the Jersey business in an effective and
efficient manner. Support the trust administration staff with regard to debtors and work in progress to ensure the
completeness and accuracy of the records of the respective legal entities.
Provide other accounting services and support within the Jersey finance department.
Billing: responsible for the maintenance of fee and work types and posting invoices, ensuring the integrity of the invoicing function.
Billing training: Undertake billing training sessions for trust administration staff, as required
Month end processes: assist with month end processes, such as running WIP and Advance Fee accrual routines and uploading balances per Dynamics to SAP.
Management accounts: assist with the preparation of monthly MI reports for distribution to the local business.
