Purpose of the role:
Provide fund administration services for the cornerstone Private Equity client. This role presents an exciting opportunity to continue the delivery of a gold star service to the client and to provide support to more junior members of the team.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that the team delivers high-quality, accurate, and timely services to the client, in accordance with established procedures
Review work produced by the junior members of the team
Company secretarial responsibilities including inter alia organisation and attendance at client Board meetings, preparation/review of Board minutes
Processing of calls and distributions
Processing of investor transfers
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
Work on projects and process improvements
Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
Skills required:
3-5 years of experience in administering private equity funds
Strong knowledge of company secretarial and fund administration services
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards
