Full Description
Fantastic opportunity to join the HR department of a reputable financial services provider! Reporting to the Head of HR you will be responsible for providing high level support across the department, acting as a point of contact for staff on all HR matters, and ensuring that all personnel records are accurately maintained. The successful candidate will assist with resourcing, learning & development, payroll & reward management, service delivery, performance management and reporting, which will provide fantastic exposure to all generalist HR matters through hands-on experience.
Candidates will need previous generalist HR experience, and will ideally be studying towards a relevant professional qualification. You'll need strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure, maintaining confidentiality and juggling multiple priorities.
