Working for its business unit core platform in the area of UNIX engineering, providing 2nd & 3rd level support of the Linux, Solaris and OpenShift environment. Collaboration in the conception, evaluation, configuration and commissioning of central infrastructure solutions. Be responsible to create and update the documentation, ensuring incidents, problems, change, release and capacity management solutions. Ensuring the life cycle of system components.To be eligible for this role you must hold a degree or similar in computer science or other engineering education with emphasis / specialisation in computer science. Good experience as a Linux systems engineer (Red Hat Enterprise Linux). Broad and deep know-how in Linux operating systems (Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Ubuntu). Experience in the field of IT security. Experience in scripting (shell and python). Strong conceptual and analytical skills. Readiness for the on-call service.
