Our client is seeking a self-motivated individual who is able to work under their own initiative and with the minimum of supervision providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support, as well as operating as part of team, to provide consultative and architectural skills to our clients ever-increasing customer base. The successful candidate will need to be confident in their use of IT and in particular have strong skills, knowledge, recognised vendor certifications and desire to learn more in Network and Communication systems and protocols. You should also have sound communication skills, as well as being able to demonstrate a commitment to always strive to deliver the highest levels of client service.
