Senior Officer, New Business - Guernsey
A brand new opportunity has arisen to join a leading provider of corporate, trust and fund services in the position of Senior Officer within their New Business Department.Reporting to the Department Manager, the main responsibilities of the role are:* Dealing with the flow of enquiries for fiduciary, corporate, fund and employment and payroll services* Assessing due diligence requirements for on boarding new client relationships.* Assisting the Manager in building and maintaining close working relationships* Assisting with the production of reports for the benefit of the various Boards* Assisting with the maintenance of operational and strategic business systems* Issuing proposal packs including fee quotes* Holding conference calls as required* Acting as deputy in Manager's absenceThe successful candidate will have the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, keen attention to detail, a good understanding of local Fiduciary and Fund regulations and laws, accurate communication skills, both verbal and written, a positive outlook.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of industry relevant experience and the desire to progress is essential.
