Package- Circa £60,000+ 26 Days Holiday + Pension Scheme + Performance Bonus + Private Health + Dental Package + Death in Service+ 37.5 hours p/w + 5 years residency required. Then this could be the perfect role for you!• Reporting to Vanessa Garrett, our Head of Portfolio Change, this role is responsible for leading and managing priority projects in the JT Change Portfolio in order to deliver the desired benefits. In addition, this role will manage a team of Project Managers and help build the necessary capability of project based quality through coaching, mentoring and assurance activities.

Desired Skills/Qualifications

Project Management experience within a telecommunications / technical organization. Able to rapidly assimilate knowledge of new technologies.
Knowledge of Project management techniques and methodologies inc. planning & estimation, budget management & business case development, risk management, procurement, testing & quality management and stakeholder communication
Experience of managing multiple concurrent projects in an organized and controlled way.
Demonstrable experience of building consensus around change, influencing multiple stakeholders at a senior level and managing conflicting agendas or balancing different drivers and ambitions
Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to deliver detailed information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in resource demand and commitment
A self-starter, comfortable at taking the lead to set up projects and drive and motivate teams for successful and timely delivery
Demonstrable experience in a quality-centric approach
Proactive and flexible attitude to work

Essential Skills/Qualifications

Formal Project Delivery Accreditations (such as Prince2, APM, etc.) preferred
Coaching/ mentoring skills in order to bring consistency and approach in Project Management capability across the business
