Full Description

Fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Senior Receptionist to take on a varied role within a well established and reputable fiduciary services organisation. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the reception desk ensuring to welcome clients and guests to the office in a polite and professional manner. As well as providing an exceptional reception service, you will provide clerical, facilities and administrative support to include but not restricted to: managing the client suite and facilities, organising meeting room requests, co-ordinating taxi and hotel bookings and managing stationary stocks. To be successful in this position you must have great interpersonal, communication and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure. A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience is required as well as strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
