Senior Risk and Compliance Officer Trust

our client is now seeking a Senior Risk and Compliance Officer to join their small and friendly team. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will assist in ensuring the business continues to operate in accordance with its regulatory obligations.

Job Description

• Undertaking monitoring in respect of the CMP
• Production of MI
• Identifying areas of improvement
• Training of more junior employees
• Oversight of the various Compliance Registers
• Oversight of screening and sanctions
• Review of new business reviews
• Undertaking high risk client file reviews
• Provide support and assistance to the Compliance Manager
• Preparation of documentation with regard to JFSC and Audit visits
• Horizon scanning for changes in legislation etc
• Provision of AML training where necessary

Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Organised team player
• Ability and willingness to promote a healthy compliance culture

Salary: The salary is highly negotiable.
