On behalf of our client, we are in search of experience Infrastructure engineer to join their IT team in Jersey. Reporting to the Head of IT Operations, the Senior Technical Analyst will be part of the team responsible for the global IT infrastructure, including two data centres and all regional offices.You will be involved in delivery of projects for the regions and the group as a whole. The role encompasses management of the provision of IT services covering Servers, Networks, Security, Citrix, Email, SQL Databases, Storage, Virtual Infrastructure, Telephony & the maintenance. You also will provide 2nd/3rd line support in relation to the above systems.Applicant will have sound knowledge on technologies like Vsphere/ ESX server, SQL server, Microsoft server 2008-2016, Exchange 2016, Active directory, Mitel telephony, Citrix, Dell enterprise SAN, Cisco switches, LANs, MPLS and WAN technologies. Some of Microsoft certification like MCITP, MCSE and Exchange server is preferred.
