Purpose of the role:
You'll help develop our business by providing and promoting a first class personal service to existing and prospective clients, working closely with Directors and the wider management team to ensure business growth whilst meeting regulatory and internal administration needs.
Responsibilities:
Act as Relationship Lead for a portfolio of clients, maximising revenue from these relationships and achieving client retention
Member of the senior management team and responsible for the management of various asset classes
Work closely with the Director Client Services in assuming day-to-day responsibility for all matters arising in relation to these areas
Provides technical advice to clients and employees in complex matters, whilst making use of the internal expertise from in-house tax, compliance, legal and so forth
Undertakes marketing meetings with potential clients and intermediaries
Skills required:
Exceptional team management skills, coaching and developing the team
At least 10 years experience working in a fiduciary environment
Have an expert level of client administration
Have expert technical knowledge of tax compliance and commonly used tax structuring
STEP or ICSA qualified or equivalent in a relevant field
