Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with administration of trust, companies and foundations on a day-to-day basis
Effective management of own and junior team member's workload
Arranging meetings and preparing minutes as required
Timely management of all payments
Assisting with relevant compliance matters as necessary
Experience and skills required:
Hold a relevant professional qualification such as STEP
Strong experience in trust and company administration
Knowledge of trust and company law
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication skills
