A brilliant opportunity has arisen to work as a Service Delivery Coordinator for a technical research and product development firm on a permanent full-time basis. For this office-based position, you will be involved in part of a major transformation programme and act as a key point of liaison to disseminate information to stakeholders from the Level 3 support team and vice versa, managing and coordinating communication between the various departments within the transformation programme, and being involved in elements of service delivery management, stakeholder management, and project management. It will require an individual with previous experience in working in a dynamic and evolving environment directly under senior management. The qualified and effective communicator will have data analytics, Excel, meeting scheduling and stakeholder management skills and experience.
