AP Personnel commercial company with an excellent reputation are looking for a service delivery manager to be responsible for overseeing the services to their customer base. Key responsibilities will involve maintaining a high level of service performance and for the adherence of processes. Being in charge of review meetings with customers and suppliers, service level failures and other operational issues, escalating them as appropriate also forms part of this interesting role. Ensuring all policies, processes and procedures are maintained in line with ISO20000 & ISO27000-1 accreditation.
