A leading bank is in search of Service desk Analyst candidate to join their IT team in Jersey. The main purpose is to provide 1st and 2nd level support to group users.Others responsibilities include call logging, application and desktop support and incident resolution. You will also have to monitor critical components and process purchase orders. You will become local point of contact for escalations and responsible for printers, scanners and mobile phones.Suitable applicant will have some knowledge of call log and ticketing system.
