AP Technical behalf of a legal company we are in search of a service desk analyst to join its IT team in Jersey. Primary purpose is to provide first level technical support to internal staff, to respond to staff requests for varied IT services, and a range of administration duties to assist with the smooth running of all IT systems.Reporting to a service desk manager you will provide an excellent level of customer service to callers, by providing them with appropriate support responses and friendly communications. Ensure that all requests are logged and managed in the IT service desk systems. Troubleshoot IT related problems from in-house software to hardware, such as PCs, printers, and mobile devices.Extensive training will be provided as part of this role, so previous experience of working in an IT environment is beneficial.
