Full Description
Experienced IT candidate required to assist with the smooth running of the IT Service Desk Support Team within a large professional services firm. Working alongside colleagues you will provide hardware and software support across several jurisdictions, being the first point of contact for calls and managing these and all associated operations in line with service desk processes. The role will also include support in the set up of presentations, video conferencing and telephone conferencing, and carrying out training related support calls.
To apply for this role you will need a minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a similar role, with knowledge of MS Office 365 and Windows 10 based operating systems. You'll need a good undertanding of PCs as well as mobile devices, and experience in servers/networks would be advantageous.
