AP Technical behalf of a commercial client in Jersey, we are looking to recruit a service manager to deal directly with customers.The service management team ensures that all enterprise customer facing matters relating to the provision of new services, fault and problem management are on boarded or resolved satisfactorily from a customers perspective. Resolutions should be managed effectively working closely with all departments and within the clients service level agreements (SLA's). Service assurances will need to be effectively managed through regular customer contact using accurate management information reporting.Suitable applicants must have customer experience in a B2B services.
