Do you have customer experience in a Business to Business role? Are you highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once? If so, we have received an interesting new role that may interest you! You will be joining our clients Service Management Team, who is responsible for ensuring that all customer facing matters relating to the provision of new services, fault and problem management are on-boarded or resolved satisfactorily, from a customers prospective. A telecommunications background is desirable for this role.
